This was the cutest place! New, homey, comfortable & filled with everything we needed for our getaway including Wi-Fi, but little service available in the surrounding towns. Soft blankets for nuzzling, inviting hot tub, cozy fire pit, relaxing fireplace, adorable & stocked coffee/tea bar, games, convenient shower, washer/dryer & full kitchen. The host gave great instruction, direction & suggestions. Close by, within 30 min drive, were so many trails to hike & explore. Amazing scenery & natural beauty. The most laid back winery was Revolution Rockbridge with crazy weird & fun flavors & live music. Vic's Drive Thru is minutes down the road for beer/wine, water, snacks, etc. around the corner is a pizza place. My husband & I are in our 50's & came kid free & pet free. This cabin is highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hosts! The place was spotless, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our trip truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

The entrance to the place was a bit hard to find as the sign they have is a bit hidden, we passed it a couple times and cell service there is hard to get. However, aside from that small inconvenience, the place was beautiful and so peaceful. It was the perfect little weekend getaway for my husband and I to celebrate 22 years of marriage. Definitely recommend it. tip: bring bug spray!

Such a beautiful place! Super clean. loved the location, felt very private even though there are other cottages off the road, ours faced the woods and was down it's own private driveway. The area was easy to navigate, the gps took us on some adventures. I would recommend mapping out things before you get to the area because service isn't great in all areas. Screenshot the check in instructions too because until you're on wifi it's pretty spotty. I am really glad we stayed here and we would stay again in a heart beat!

We had a really lovely stay. It was so peaceful. We wouldn’t have seen a single other thing if we hadn’t ventured out. It was a great place to relax and hang out. The cedar hot tub was lovely. The host had great recommendations and the place was absolutely pristine. We loved our stay!

The Blue Spruce cabin was exactly what we needed! A quiet, cozy, private location only 20 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park. The cabin was clean and spacious, with all the amenities! We enjoyed sipping coffee by the fire and watching the sunrise from the hot tub. Home Sweet Ohio provided tons of recommendations (eat at Old Canal Smoke House - so so good!) and was kind and responsive. Overall, we highly recommend!

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was warm, cozy, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The décor was tasteful, and we especially loved the Buckeye theme—it added a fun and personal touch. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, and we appreciated that the cabin had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We grilled shrimp and steak on the grill, which turned out amazing and made the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Go Bucks!

Perfect place to get away. Lovely host and home. Definitely would recommend them and this place!

I will defintely return. I was greeted with a treat and a thank you card on the counter. I am a coffee drinker, they had some there. Everything I needed to cook food. Decorated and cozy. We did get some snow, they contacted me beforehand to make sure I was capable to get to the cabin due to a slight hill but they were able to have it plowed before my arrival. The cedar hot tub was such a relaxing touch with the TV outside. There are other cabins close by but because of how they are positioned it still felt private. Each cabin was marked with a stone with the cabin name once you head down ghe clearly marked driveway. Host were also very responsive.

The property was super clean and the host was extremely communicative. The appliances and amenities were easy to use. We had such a good experience that we decided to stay one more day. We definitely plan to make this our only accommodation for Hocking Hills.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Loved the cedar hot tub! Great host offered early check in and late check out.
